Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Glowaromaglow, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewelry pieces that were made specifically to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials. Earrings and other pierced jewelry items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowaromaglow.world or call us at (917) 971-9466. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer policies.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@glowaromaglow.world.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@glowaromaglow.world and send your item to our address: 544 PA-93, Sugarloaf, PA 18249, United States. For exchanges due to sizing issues, we will work with you to ensure the replacement item fits properly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please take photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging, as we may request these for our records and to improve our quality control processes.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@glowaromaglow.world.

Sale Items

Regular priced items may be refunded according to the terms above. Items purchased during promotional periods may be subject to different return conditions as specified at the time of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
